5 Festive Cocktails for the Ho-Ho-Holidays

It's the most wonderful time of the year!


This holiday season is undoubtedly different this year. And although the holiday parties may be limited to zooms calls and bundled outdoor gatherings, there is no reason why you can't (safely) celebrate the season with some holiday spirit(s).


We've put together a list of our 5 favorite seasonal sippers, to make your days merry and bright.

















1) Gin Peppercorn Fizz


Ingredients

  • 1 part Citrus Sweet Tea (English Breakfast Tea, Lemon and Lime)

  • 1 part gin

  • .5 part fresh lemon juice

  • Seltzer water

  • Garnishes: Bay leaves, pink peppercorns and lemon wheels

Directions

  • Citrus Sweet Tea, lemon juice and gin into a glass with ice and stir until chilled.

  • Strain into a glass with fresh ice, and top with seltzer water, garnish with bay leaves, pink peppercorns and lemon wheel.


2) Mulled Wine

Ingredients

  • 1 part Mulling Spices (Chai Spices, Cranberry, Apple)

  • 1 part Red Wine

  • Garnishes Lemon, Orange Slices, Cinnamon Sticks

Directions

  • Add Mulling Spices and rum into a saucepan or crockpot in in a 1-1 ratio

  • Heat until desired temperature (do not boil)

  • Pour into a heat-proof glass or mug, garnish with cinnamon stick and apple slice


3) Chai Sparkler

4) The Greenwich Rye


Ingredients

  • 1 part Citrus Sweet Tea (English Breakfast Tea, Lemon and Lime)

  • 1 part Rye or Bourbon

  • 2-3 Dash Angostura bitters

  • Garnish: Mint and lemon

Directions

  • Combine Citrus Sweet Tea, Rye and Angostura bitters in a glass with ice and stir until chilled.

  • Pour into a glass with fresh ice. Garnish with mint leaves and a lemon peel.





5) Sparkling Hibiscus Cosmo


Ingredients

Directions

  • Mix Strawberry Manhattan and Vodka in a glass with ice.

  • Top with champagne, and garnish with berries and thyme sprigs.
