Red, White & Blue Teas!

Looking for some non-alch thirst quenching beverages? We've pulled together a few delicious ones for you to try (tea-based of course).

"Blue": Pea Flower Lemonade

Makes 1 pitcher (8 cups)

ingredients:

- 3 tablespoons Green Rooibos Tea

- 1 tablespoon of Chamomile

- 1 tablespoon Purple Pea Flower

- 4 cups of Lemonade (either your favorite store bought, or make it yourself!)

- Blueberries and Blackberries to float

Instructions

Cold Brew Tea

- Start with 4 cups of ambient (room temperature) water

- Add rooibos, chamomile and pea flower

- Leave tea in water in a covered container (pitcher, glass, whatever) for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally

- Remove teabags and/or strain out tea

The Rest

- Add lemonade and mix!

- Float berries

- Serve on ice

"Red": Hibiscus, Pomegranate Iced Tea

Makes 1 pitcher (8 cups)

ingredients:

- 5 tablespoons of dried Hibiscus Flowers

- 5 tablespoons of Assam (or black tea)

- 1/4 cup of Pomegranate Juice

- Raspberries & Strawberries to float

- Optional: Mint to garnish

- Add hibiscus and Assam

- Leave tea in water in a covered container (pitcher, glass, whatever) for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally

- Remove teabags and/or strain out tea

The Rest

- Add pomegranate juice

- Swirl to mix

- Float berries

- Serve on ice

White Tea - Mint Iced Tea

Makes 1 pitcher (8 cups)

ingredients:

- 8 tablespoons of White Tea

- 2 tablespoons of Mint

- 1/4 cup of Peach Juice

Drizzle of Honey (we love sourwood)

- Cucumber Slices and Mint to garnish

Cold Brew Tea

- Start with 8 cups of ambient (room temperature) water

- Add white tea and mint

- Leave tea in water in a covered container (pitcher, glass, whatever) for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally

- Remove teabags and/or strain out tea

The Rest

- Add peach juice & honey

- Swirl to mix until honey dissolves

- Float cucumbers

- Serve on ice & garnish with a mint
