The Owl's Cup

Our version of Pimms Cup, but fresher and lighter.

1 oz Citrus Sweet Tea (English Breakfast, Lemon, Lime) 1 1/2oz Pimm's #1 1oz Gin 1 Dash Angostura Bitters Ginger Beer

Garnish: Lemon Slices, Cucumber Slices, Fresh Mint

Add the Citrus Sweet Tea, Pimm's, Gin and Bitters to a shaker with ice and shake. Pour into a glass over fresh ice, top with ginger beer, sliced cucumbers and a lime wheel.
